Our Principal

RoseMarie LaMar is the Founder and President of DML Associates, Inc. With more than 20 years in Human Resources her experience covers a range of industries and issues, including program development, discipline and discharge, compliance and human resource administration.

On an organizational level, she is well versed in providing organization analysis, strategy development and facilitation for team dynamics. She is also experienced in designing and implementing management development programs; employment practice audits; instructional design and delivery as well as employee relations developmental programs. RoseMarie provides practical training in a number of competency areas including communication and leadership skills.

She has achieved Lifetime Certification by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) with a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation. The certification, awarded by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), signifies that RoseMarie possesses the theoretical knowledge and practical experience in human resource management necessary to pass a rigorous examination demonstrating a mastery of the body of knowledge in the field.

Ms. Lamar also teaches Human Resource related subjects at St. Joseph's College and NYIT.
